Welcome to the Online Registration for the Gateway 2012!
Gateway 2012 online registration will open until JUNE 15, 2012, PM12:00.
If you haven't register, don't be late!
Who must fill out the form?
The form must be filled out by individual or the leader of each team that is planning to attend to Gateway Camp & Outreaches 2012.
* For individuals, please click on the "Individuals" and fill out the online application form.
* For teams, please click on the "Teams" and fill out the online application form.
PLEASE BE AWARE!
Our registration process consists of three steps:
STEP 1: Online Registration (Open Now!)
The following information will be requested:
* Your personal information.
* Sending church/ministry information.
* For teams, must provide team member's individual information.
This first step does not yet secure a place for you or your team in the camp.
DEADLINE FOR STEP 1: MAY 15, 2012.
STEP 2: Registration Confirm / Payment
In this step, you are going to receive a CONFIRMATION FORM and PAYMENT INFORMATION from Gateway office.
At the same time, Gateway staff will be contacting you to confirm all the registration information, also to help you with payment.
After all the information is confirmed, please follow the instruction for pay the payment for you or your team.
When you pay-in your payment, please make sure that you notify Gateway office.
Completing this second step secures a place for your team in the camp.
DEADLINE FOR STEP 2: MAY 31, 2012
STEP 3: Final Arrangements
In this step you will be requested to provide further details about you or your team, including:
* Arrival and departure information
* Transportation arrangements
* Room mates
* Special dietary requirements
After you summit all these informations..... CONGRATULATION! You complete all the necessary steps.
